Haleigh's Baby Shower

Saturday was such a great day. Our families put together a wonderful baby shower. I couldn't believe how many gifts received from everyone. We are so blessed to have the family and friends that we do. The planners of the event, Haleigh's aunts - Jorie, Kristin, Amy, and Jenny and Haleigh's grandma's Brenda and Jeri all did such a great job with everything. The hall looked so good and the food was amazing. We had all of my favorites, taco's, pizza rolls and cheese dip with homemade tortilla chips, meatballs, veggie pizza's, and fresh fruit. There was so much other great food as well. A big thanks goes out to my brother-in-law Greg for making the cake. He did such a good job with it. It was three layers with white cake and fudge filling in the middle. It makes me hungry just thinking about it.
I never really knew how much it truly takes to care for a baby until I saw just all the gifts we received. Haleigh is one lucky girl and we are very lucky and blessed parents. I can't wait to put her in all of the really cute outfits we got and all of her toys in her new toy box. I especially can't wait to wrap her up in all the warm soft blankets we got and cuddle up to her. I look forward to some great naps with her. :) We want to thank everyone for their generosity and support during this time. We love you all so much.
